What We Build

How the Design Phase Works
The process begins with a free phone consultation. We then visit your home, take measurements, and survey the space. Our designers create a 3D CAD rendering of your pool and yard. You will see the finished project before construction starts, and you can adjust shape, placement, and features at this stage. The Construction Sequence
Once the design is approved, we handle permits and set the layout on your lot. You will see the pool’s exact size and position before digging starts. After that, the build proceeds in stages: excavation, steel framework, plumbing and electrical, and the Gunite shell. Plumbing is pressure tested and electrical work meets city and state codes. Then the deck, tile, coping, and plaster go in, and the pool is filled. At start-up, we walk you through the equipment in a session we call “pool school” and provide a care manual.

Full Backyard Design With Yardzen

Warranty and Ongoing Care
Our pools are covered by a Lifetime Structural Warranty. Pool equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s 3-year limited parts and labor warranty.
